Scott Miller-President/Founder/Police Chaplain

Scott has spent over 24 years with Johnson & Johnson in a variety of sales leadership roles within the medical device sector.   He is currently a Director of Strategic Accounts responsible for managing Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Device business in the Pacific Northwest.   Scott also serves as a volunteer Police Chaplain with the Portland Police Bureau and is a member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains & Public Safety Chaplaincy.  He and his wife have three children and reside in Portland, Oregon.

David Miller-Treasurer/Director

David has spent over 27 years working in the Healthcare Industry and is passionate about servant leadership.  For the past 24 years, David has worked for Johnson & Johnson in various roles ranging from Managed Care to Biotechnology.   He currently works in the Medical Device Sector as a Division Sales Manager at Ethicon, Inc. and recently received his degree in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas.  David resides in Spokane, Washington with his wife and four children.

Jeff Clare-Secretary/Director

Jeff Clare has spent 31 years working in the Child Welfare System throughout the Pacific Northwest.  He helps serve abused and neglected children in the foster care system by overseeing a foster care agency dedicated to recruiting, training and supervising licensed foster families.   He is currently the Program Director for Olive Crest in Tacoma, Washington overseeing both their South Sound office (Tacoma) and West Sound office (Silverdale).  Jeff and his wife have three children and reside in Tacoma, Washington.

Scott PicKell-Director

Scott has served on the corporate staff of Chick-fil-A for over 20 years.  During his tenure, he has supported restaurant franchisees in a variety of roles within marketing and field operations.  He currently consults on leadership, growth, and restaurant operations.  Scott and his wife have four children and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

Steve Roth-Director

Steve Roth currently serves as the Area Vice President in the Enterprise Solutions Group of a large medical device organization, working with health systems in the Western United States.  He has spent the majority of his 30 year business career in the medical and consumer products fields.  Steve and his wife have two sons and reside in Portland, Oregon.

Derek Wolfe-IT Advisor

Derek Wolfe is the president of M28, a software company that brings together experts in business, computer technology, digital strategy, data science, and design to tackle initiatives requiring subject matter expertise across languages, technologies and cultures.  Derek and his wife reside in Portland, Oregon with their two sons.
